Introduction
Dry bath incubators are microcomputer-controlled benchtop instruments using semiconductor refrigeration or heating-film technology. They accept interchangeable modules and are designed for controlled heating/cooling and incubation of tubes and microplates for sample storage, enzyme reactions, nucleic acid/protein denaturation, PCR pre- and post-processing, electrophoresis pre-denaturation and serum coagulation applications.
