Description

Injectable calcium-phosphate bone cement Neocement® Inject P is an injectable, synthetic calcium-phosphate bone cement designed for filling non-load-bearing bone defects in orthopedic, trauma, dental, and maxillofacial surgery. It consists of a powder and liquid phase, which after mixing in the P-System form an injectable paste that hardens in situ within 8–12 minutes. The cement adapts precisely to the defect and supports natural bone regeneration. Its composition of tetracalcium phosphate (TTCP), β-tricalcium phosphate (β-TCP), and chitosan promotes hydroxyapatite formation and osteointegration. The cement is osteoconductive, radiopaque, biodegradable, and features an interconnected porosity of ~40%, enabling vascular and cellular ingrowth. Key features: • Injectable osteoconductive calcium-phosphate cement • In-situ hardening (8–12 minutes) • Moldable, easy placement into cancellous bone • Interconnected porosity (~40%) • Radiopaque • Biodegradable and fully resorbable Indications: • Non-load-bearing bone voids • Fractures with bone loss • Subchondral and trabecular defects • Bone cysts and post-curettage defects • Orthopedic, trauma, dental, and maxillofacial surgery For more information, visit www.bioceramed.com or contact [email protected]
