Description
100 bp DNA Ladder is used to determine the size of double-stranded DNA fragments from 100 to 1500 base pairs on agarose gels. The 500 bp fragment is supplied at increased intensity for quick identification. The ready-to-use format includes loading buffer with dye for direct application to gels. An additional tube of 5x Loading Buffer is provided for sample preparation.
