The unique PetriSwiss PS900 is a fully automatic and precise Petri Dish filling system with the highest throughput. Tailored for continuous production, this high-quality Swiss-product is designed for large throughput and delivers a true walk away system.
Preload up to 400 Dishes and reload at any time during operation without interrupting or affecting productivity.
Filling takes place inside an antiseptic filling chamber under UV light to minimize contamination risks. The agar is transported by a unique 10-roller double headed peristaltic pump, which features lowest pulsation through autoclavable silicone tube sets. A vibramix for equal distribution of agar and a stacking system for adjustable stacks of 1-20 dishes allow a perfect fit for customer specific applications. Completed stacks are pushed out of the unit onto an optional push-out table or any preexisting platform in the lab.
