The PetriSwiss PS200 and its variant PS400 are fully automatic and precise Petri Dish filling systems, "made in Switzerland", of the most recent generation. Tailored for medium to high throughput, these versatile solutions delivers a true walk away system.

The PS200 features a removable rack system, allowing for simultaneous loading of up to 180 petridishes. These specialized racks are equipped with a quick-loading and unloading system, which minimizes the manual preparation time by the user. The unit can be reloaded during operation, which means that it can be restarted immediately after each batch without any downtime.

The PS400 is a fixed batch system, offering 360 plates capacity for single large batches.

In both vatiants, filling takes place inside an antiseptic filling chamber under UV light to minimize contamination risks. The agar is transported by a unique 10-roller double headed peristaltic pump, which features lowest pulsation through autoclavable silicone tube sets. The convertible variants allow to meet a vast spectrum of user-requirements.
