Visibility
High density PtCr platform increases radiographic visibility to facilitate accurate placement and reduce risk of misplacement associated with restenosis or target lesion revascularization.

The delivery system balances trackability and pushability with a low-profile stent platform to aid navigation through tortuous or complex coronary anatomy.

SYNERGY™ XD 48 mm
Designed for long lesions, the 48 mm option provides flexibility and conformability with demonstrated overexpansion up to 5.75 mm for applicable diameters. Potential procedural efficiencies include reduced device count, shorter procedure time and lower radiation/contrast exposure.

Indications and clinically relevant information
SYNERGY platform is indicated for treatment of patients including those with STEMI. Early healing is supported by thin PtCr struts, optimized Everolimus elution and a fast‑absorbing abluminal bioabsorbable polymer. The SYNERGY BP stent may be used with shortened DAPT in patients at high bleeding risk (HBR); note HBR indication excludes the SYNERGY™ XD 48 mm stent where specified.

Clinical evidence highlights

• CLEAR SYNERGY registry: evaluated SYNERGY in STEMI patients (n=733) with 2‑year outcomes (e.g., 4.8% MACE vs. 9.45% performance goal; 0.8% TLR; 1.1% ST)
