OverviewThe BPod Class-e is a roll-in, roll-out nesting tray delivery system consisting of a Base Station for heating and cooling and a Pod Shuttle for transporting food trays. Designed for Cook-Serve and Cook-Chill workflows, it provides ergonomic handling and full tunnel washability.
Operational- Roll-in/roll-out nesting eliminates the need to open or close doors during docking
- Access trays even when the Pod Shuttle is nested in the Base Station
- 2-door tunnel-washable Base Station model and fully tunnel-washable Pod Shuttle with no overlapping surfaces for thorough cleaning
