Product overview
The BSmart Class-e is the shortest and lightest air-convection station and shuttle docking tray delivery system on the market. It combines a heated and refrigerated base station with a shuttle vehicle for reliable transport of food trays. Designed for Cook-Serve, Cook-Chill and Cook-Freeze workflows in hospitals and institutional catering.
