Formulated for direct ex vivo testing of PBMC in T cell cytokine assays (ELISPOT, ELISA, CBA, CPA) PLUS facilitates the detection of rare antigen specific Th1, Th2, and Th17 memory cells. Specifically formulated to enhance T cell cytokine responses in ELISPOT with no increase in background. A variety of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids and buffers are used in a proprietary composition to provide a physiologically complete and nutritionally balanced environment for PBMC. Each batch of CTL-Test™ PLUS Medium is thoroughly tested for high performance in addition to standard quality assurance procedures.
