Overview
The SWILE technology delivers fully automated, true one-to-one gravimetric “pick & decision dispense” of solid compounds (mother-to-daughter). The system uses Chemspeed’s proprietary overhead gravimetric dispensing tool together with a secondary on-deck analytical balance. Disposable glass SWIN tips are provided by an automated SWIN dispenser to eliminate cross-contamination. SWIN tips are available in different diameters and are selected according to the target dispensing amount. A tilt/shake rack pre-loosens and tilts powders prior to pick-up.

Workflow
