OverviewCapture and display video of sample melts on the 7" (17.8 cm) color touch-screen or download data and video files to a PC or USB drive.
Key features- Advanced digital image processing to accurately identify melting points
- Large 7" color touch-screen with intuitive Android™-based menu
- Analyze up to three capillary samples simultaneously to increase throughput
- 8 GB internal storage holds approximately 300 melt files, including videos with temperature stamps
- Programmable ramp rate from 0.1 to 20 °C in 0.1 °C increments
Functional descriptionThe MP-800 Series combines advanced measurement features with a familiar, easy-to-use interface suitable for pharmaceutical, raw material and quality control laboratories. Use the touchscreen to configure methods, start runs, view live video and review stored melt recordings. The rapid ramp mode enables a quick scan of the full temperature range for unknown samples.
Recordings include an embedded temperature stamp. Users can leave the system running and review video later on the built-in display or transfer videos and reports to a USB flash drive or PC. An optional printer is available for direct printing of results.
Capillary storage and handlingIntegrated storage compartment for unused capillaries includes a glass cutter to open sealed capillaries and a safe area to hold three prepared capillaries away from the heat source.
