Description

Freeprint® cast
Light-curing 3D resin
for the generative fabrication of cast objects using precision casting technology.
For all LED/UV printers with a wavelength of 405 nm or light spectrum of 378-388 nm. Burns without residue in the mould, even with large volumes. Embedding is performed with phosphate-bonded standard embedding compound. Precise reproduction of the finest surface structures. Low-viscosity approach for low material consumption and more rapid cleaning. High process reliability and precision in construction.

FREEPRINT® cast 2.0
Light-curing 3D resin
for the generative fabrication of high-precision casting objects.

Excellent dimensional stability after printing ensures safe application with fit check, in particular where cast models and molds are concerned. Printing results are precise and without any distortions, even for extremely delicate and intricate models. Any corrections or repairs after printing are possible with easyform gel LC. Low viscosity and optimized depth of cure help reduce printing time and material consumption and facilitate faster cleaning. Burns without leaving any residues in the mold and is the basis for high-grade modeling results that ensure the perfect fit. Phosphate-bonded investment materials are used as investments. Light-curing, biocompatible resin
for the 3D printing of removable denture bases.FREEPRINT® gingiva
Light-curing resin
for the 3D printing of flexible gingival masks for dental models.
FREEPRINT® IBT
Light-curing, biocompatible resin
for the 3D printing of orthodontic transfer trays for positioning brackets.
