Overview
Experience efficient and reliable laboratory testing with respons®240c. This fully automated bench-top clinical chemistry analyzer is intended for small laboratories and delivers a constant throughput of 240 tests per hour (400 tests/hour including optional ISE). Its compact footprint and intuitive user interface enable low operating costs, simplified maintenance and consistent analytical performance.

Reaction system
The grating photometer is engineered for maintenance-free operation and provides 12 wavelengths for accurate photometric measurements. Photometric linearity up to 3.5 OD reduces repeat measurements. Cuvette thermostatization is performed by air heating, eliminating the need for a water bath. Twin-test capability supports the DiaSys HbA1c net FS assay.

Advanced HbA1c testing
Onboard automated hemolysis of whole blood samples removes manual pre-processing. HbA1c smart sampling aspirates erythrocytes from the tube bottom to handle samples with higher sedimentation. After processing, a deep wash of the sample probe minimizes carryover and preserves result integrity.

Reagent/Sample rotor
Onboard capacity for up to 36 DiaSys respons® bottles in a refrigerated reagent rotor (2-12°C). Dedicated respons® bottles support one-grip loading, including two-component reagents. Rotor also provides 36 flexible positions for samples, calibrators and controls.

Reagent/Sample probe
Liquid level detection prevents dry aspiration. Sample clot detection and collision protection ensure safe, accurate probe handling. Real-time inventory monitoring provides an overview of remaining tests to support workflow planning.
