Breathable sterilization pouch

Scope:
Suitable for hospital disinfection supply centers, operating theaters and clinical departments requiring sterile packaging. Designed for light to medium-weight instruments, devices and items awaiting sterilization and sterile storage.

Materials and features:

• Compatible with steam sterilization and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization indicators.
• Bacterial barrier; waterproof; dustproof; alcohol-resistant; breathable.
• Flag marking indicates tear/peel direction for controlled opening.
• Includes production identification marking to support traceability.

Use:
Select tubing width and length according to item size. Seal one end of the tubing with an appropriate sealer, insert items, then seal to create a bag with length suitable for sterilization to avoid rupture during the cycle.

Handling notes:
Protect sharp or pointed instruments (for example with a protective sleeve) to prevent seal damage during sterilization and to ensure safe handling. Configure sealer print parameters as required and print sterilization date/time, operator, batch and other process data on the sealed bag. Load sealed bags correctly into steam or EO sterilizers.

Sterilization indicators and opening:
Steam indicator: before sterilization blue; after sterilization grayish-black. EO indicator: before sterilization pink; after sterilization brown. Open the package following the indicated peel direction to remove contents.

Note:
Custom sizes and combinations of paper and film can be manufactured to user specifications.
