Breathable sterilization pouch 3D

Scope:
Suitable for hospital central sterile supply departments (CSSD), operating rooms and other clinical departments requiring sterile packaging. Mainly used for light and medium-weight instruments, devices and items awaiting sterilization.

Materials and features:

• Compatible with steam sterilization and ethylene oxide sterilization (process identification markers provided for both methods).
• Bacterial barrier; waterproof; dustproof; alcohol-resistant; breathable.
• Peelable flag/tear-direction indicator for easy opening.
• Identification marking compatible with production processes to enable traceability.

Use:

• Select roll/bag width and length according to the size of items to be packaged.
• If the sealing unit does not print medical information automatically, seal one end of the tube with a sealing machine before packaging.
• Place items to be sterilized into the bag; ensure the remaining sealing length is suitable to avoid bag rupture.
• For pointed or irregularly shaped items, use protective wrapping under the item to prevent penetration or tearing of the sterilization pouch.
• Configure sealer printing parameters as required; after sealing, print sterilization date/time/location and operator or batch information where needed.
• Load sealed pouches correctly into steam or ethylene oxide sterilizers and verify correct placement after sterilization.
• Color-change indicators: for steam sterilization the indicator changes from blue (before) to grayish-black (after); for ethylene oxide sterilization the indicator changes from pink (before) to brown (after).
• Open the sterilization pouch following the indicated peel direction to remove items.
