Product OverviewModular-Lab Standard is the ideal solution for laboratories focused on research and development of new radiopharmaceuticals. This versatile, flexible radiosynthesis device enables custom synthesis processes to be assembled from a set of unit operation modules and adheres to GAMP 5 and Part 11 requirements. The small, sealed, stainless steel modules are stacked and connected by process tubing and by a single electrical cable.
Key Features- Modular Approach for different arrangements
- Development of Novel Tracers
- Tubing Based system with disposable parts
- Off-The-Shelf Components usable
- Fully Automated with intuitive software
- Unlimited Applications possible
AdvantagesModular-Lab Standard’s modular approach combines the speed and safety of a remote, fully automated system with the flexibility to configure syntheses for novel tracers. Cleaning and sanitation routines can be programmed between runs or overnight. With multifunctionality, Modular-Lab Standard can replace several single-purpose devices, reducing cost and lab space. Disposable components such as valves, tubing, cartridges and others are standard, off-the-shelf units and can be exchanged as needed for different applications. The system supports research as well as routine production and can be arranged to fit very small hot cells.
Versatility (available modules and functions)- Peltier/Heater reaction system with solid-state temperature control: -20 °C to +150 °C / up to 220 °C
- Wide variety of valve modules
- Instruments for temperature, pressure and radiation detection
- Compact semi-preparative HPLC module
- Analytical HPLC
- TLC modules
- Many other modules for specific unit operations
- Intuitive graphical user interface enabling drag-and-drop process design
- Parameters (temperature, activity, UV detector readings, flow rates, valve settings) can be monitored in one window and reports are created automatically after each run
Safety FunctionsReliable automated synthesis with remote monitoring via the graphical computer interface eliminates the need for hands-on operation and significantly reduces radiation exposure to laboratory personnel.
