he EHD-NIRII-640B-U3 camera is engineered for cutting-edge scientific imaging in the 900–1700 nm (NIR-II) spectral range. Based on InGaAs image sensors, it delivers high quantum efficiency, low readout noise, and excellent low-light performance, making it well suited for in vivo near-infrared imaging, biological fluorescence detection, and advanced materials/device characterization.
Typical configurations provide 640 × 512 resolution with 15 µm pixel size, enabling high contrast and fine spatial detail even under extremely weak illumination.
To suppress dark current and thermal noise, the camera integrates thermoelectric cooling (TEC) with closed-loop temperature control, reducing the sensor temperature by approximately 40 °C below ambient. An anti-condensation optical structure ensures stable, clean imaging during low-temperature operation and long-exposure acquisitions.
High-speed data transmission is supported via USB 3.0 or 10GigE interfaces (model dependent), with 8-bit and 16-bit output options and a built-in 512 MB image buffer to guarantee data integrity during continuous or high-throughput acquisition. Multiple acquisition modes—including free-running, software trigger, and hardware trigger—enable precise synchronization with lasers, illumination sources, motion stages, and other scientific instrumentation.
The camera is supplied with EHDView software and a cross-platform SDK (Windows/Linux, C/C++/C#/Python), facilitating rapid system integration and custom application development.
