Since 1988, our RUE roller recirculation systems have set the standard for maximum rigidity, load capacity, precision, and reliability in the machine tool industry. The cylindrical rollers are aligned in an X-arrangement fo the raceways. The sixth generation offers you even lower lubricant requirements, better sealings, and lower displacement forces. The RUE roller bearing and guideway assemblies is the only series on the market that we offer in size 100. Roller monorail guidance systems are suitable for accelerations up to 100 m/s², speeds up to 180 m/min, and operating temperatures from –10 °C to max. 80 °C. They are used in applications with long, unlimited strokes, high and very high loads, and high to very high rigidity. Product Features RUE recirculating roller guideways are the most rigid INA profiled rail guideways, with the highest load and carrying capacity due to their cylindrical rollers. The roller guideways are designed with full complement of rollers for maximum load-carrying capacity and rigidity. They are available in freely selectable preload classes and in various accuracy classes from size 25 to 100. A guide consists of at least one carriage with rolling elements, a guide rail, and closing plugs made of plastic or brass. The standard scope of delivery also includes a lubrication adapter, a mounting kit (O-rings for lubrication from the top, setscrews for closing the upper lubrication holes), and a mounting and transport rail. The RUE is delivered from the factory without grease.
