Product overview Class 4 Diode Gigaa Lasers for use in veterinary therapy, surgery and dentistry. Units can be therapy only, diode laser surgery only, or combined (therapy + surgery). By changing hand pieces you can perform therapy, surgery, dentistry, percutaneous intervertebral disc decompression, tooth whitening and more.
Applications - General veterinary practice
- Specialist veterinary centres
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation specialists
- Universities and teaching clinics
- Therapy, surgery and dentistry procedures
Class IV therapeutic lasers If the laser ray is applied defocused rather than point-exact, irradiation times can be shortened and repetition treatments spaced further apart. Class IV therapy has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and cure-promoting effects and can be used for healing of wound disturbances and illnesses of the locomotor system (acute and chronic joint inflammations, musculature inflammations, tendon inflammations or tenosynovitises).
- Healing of a wound promotion
- Postoperative measures
- Pain therapy and acupuncture
- Hotspot treatment
- Arthrose (arthrosis) treatment
- Strengthening of weak ear cartilages
Benefits of laser therapy - Anti-inflammation and analgesic effects
- Accelerated tissue repair and cell growth
- Improved vascular activity and metabolic activity
- Reduced fibrous tissue formation
- Improved nerve function and immunoregulation
- Faster wound healing
Wavelengths and power - Recommended: 810 nm and/or 980 nm wavelengths with outputs between 6 W and 15 W to cover the majority of general veterinary needs (therapeutic or surgical).
- Other available wavelengths: 532 nm, 635 nm, 670 nm, 940 nm, 1064 nm, 1210 nm, 1470 nm.
- Power outputs can range up to 200 W depending on the specific application and configuration.
Features - Class 4 diode laser technology.
- Selectable modes: therapy-only, surgery-only, or combined therapy and surgery.
- Interchangeable handpieces to adapt to therapy, surgery, dentistry and specialised procedures.
- Ability to apply defocused irradiation for faster surface treatments and extended intervals between sessions.
- Designed to improve clinical outcomes and enable new income streams for practices.
