Description

Overview
The SURG 1 Inox is a 1-station stainless steel surgical basin designed for complete surgical washing of hands and forearms up to the elbows. Constructed from 304 stainless steel with a satin polished, bacteriostatic surface, the monobloc welded design eliminates joints and bacterial retention zones. Intended for surgeons, anesthetists, scrub nurses and personnel in operating rooms, sterile units and high-risk infection areas.

Electronic infrared sensor
The infrared electronic control allows completely hands-free water activation (mains or battery). The integrated infrared sensor ensures hygienic, safe operation compliant with strict hospital protocols. Advantages include:
  • Hands-free infrared electronic control (mains or battery).
  • Timed water flow to optimise water use and savings.
  • Programmable automatic purge to prevent stagnation and bacterial growth.
  • Settings accessible via an infrared remote on the front panel (no disassembly required).
  • Monobloc stainless steel surgical basin: no joints or adhesives, eliminating bacterial retention zones.
  • Wall-mounted tap to reduce contaminant deposits and simplify maintenance.
  • Integrated backsplash and side panels to limit splashes on walls and floors.

Knee-operated control (hands-free)
The SURG 1 Inox with knee control allows water activation by pressing the knee for a robust, hygienic mechanical system. Advantages include:
  • Timed knee control with integrated water saving.
  • Monobloc stainless steel basin eliminating bacterial niches.
  • Deep stainless steel basin for comfortable washing with reduced splashes.
  • Wall-mounted tap for easier cleaning and fewer contact points.

Elbow control
The elbow control option provides hygienic and convenient water activation without hand contact, preserving sterility. Advantages include:
  • Ergonomic elbow control ideal for operating environments.
  • Monobloc smooth surface with no joints or adhesives.
  • Deep, rounded basin to reduce splashing.
  • Stainless steel backsplash and side panels for enhanced splash protection.

Foot control
The foot-controlled SURG 1 Inox provides hands-free activation via foot press. Advantages include:
  • Temporized foot control: hygienic, economical and ergonomic activation.
  • Monobloc stainless steel basin preventing bacterial retention.
  • Deep basin for comfortable washing and splash reduction.
  • Wall-mounted tap reducing contaminant deposits and facilitating cleaning.

Features and advantages (general)
  • Monobloc stainless steel basin, welded without joints or seams.
  • Compact 1-station format suitable for operating rooms and pre-surgical areas.
  • Large deep basin designed for full arm surgical washing, reducing splashes.
