Intended use
D-Dimer Rapid Test Device is intended for the qualitative detection of D-dimer in human whole blood, plasma and serum and is used as an aid in the clinical assessment and evaluation of patients suspected of DIC, DVT and PE.

Operating steps

• Bring tests, specimens, buffer and controls to room temperature (15-30 ℃) before use. Remove the test from the sealed pouch and place on a clean, level surface. Label the test with patient or control identification. Perform the assay within one hour for optimal results.
• Add the extracted buffer/sample into the sample well. The colored reagent will migrate across the membrane as the assay runs.
• Wait for the colored band(s) to appear. Read the result at 10 minutes. Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
