Overview
ADAPTA capsule fillers combine proven dosing systems with advanced sensors and data evaluation to fill hard gelatin capsules with powders, pellets, tablets, minitablets and liquids. Machine learning-enabled control and fully integrated 100% weight checking reduce waste and maintain target performance for consistent product quality. A no-fill bypass prevents waste when capsule bodies are absent.

ADAPTA 100
The ADAPTA 100 delivers up to 100,000 capsules/hour. It offers exceptional accessibility and design flexibility, enabling up to 5-product dosing combinations (over 200 possible combinations). Equipped with direct 100% fill weight control, it ensures high precision for combination fills and powder microdosing.

ADAPTA 200
The ADAPTA 200 achieves up to 200,000 capsules/hour. With a compact design it supports up to 3-product dosing combinations and superior accuracy even at low drug loads or with difficult-to-handle materials. It can be fitted with fully integrated 100% net weight control and individual channel identification.

Available media include product video and gallery images showing empty capsule feeding, powder dosing, dosing groups, removable dosing units and 100% weight control at capsule exit.
