HWTS-NPure32 is one model of the Macro & Micro Test Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractors, and it is the latest product of our company for the isolation and purification of nucleic acid from clinical samples. After the samples are treated with the lysis buffer, the nucleic acid is released. The released nucleic acid binds to the surface of the added magnetic particles. Unbound substances and impurities,such as denatured protein, cellular debris and potential PCR inhibitors, are removed with subsequent wash steps and purified nucleic acid is eluted from the magnetic particles with elution buffer at elevated temperature. 1 to 32 samples can be processed simultaneously with 96-deep-well plates. With different kinds of nucleic acid isolation or purification reagents (magnetic bead), nucleic acids of different clinical samples can be extracted. Scope of Application The Macro & Micro Test Automatic Nucleic Acid Extractor is used for the isolation and purification of nucleic acid in clinical samples. It can be widely used in medical institutions, inspection institutions and laboratories. Add samples and reagents (magnetic bead method) to the 96-deep-well plate,select or edit the appropriate program and execute. With different reagents,nucleic acids of different types of clinical samples can be extracted.
