> The high-speed Blister Packaging Machine is fully servo-regulated, culminating in more than 30 years of professional experience. > The main structure has a vertical partition to separate the drive section (rear) from the operating zones (front). > GMP-compliant cantilever (balcony type) layout for easy, pharmaceutically compliant cleaning. > Accommodates forming material reels of up to 600mm in diameter and a waste material trimming cutter, which allows production to run uninterrupted for approximately 90 minutes, reducing the material replacement frequency. > Equipped with integrated forming material splicer to enhance efficiency during material replacement. > The upper and lower plates adopt a contact heating method that significantly reduces the forming temperature. Thus, shrinkage, deformation of packaging material, and power consumption are minimized. > It is Equipped with format locking, a positioning system, and a quick-fitting, tool-free design, achieving extremely straightforward format changeover. > The larger area of the forming station, rotary sealing station, and high-speed embossing and punching station makes it suitable for mass batch production. > In the sealing station, when the machine stops, the sealing roller rises automatically to prevent hot air from entering the blister pockets, preserving medicine effectiveness. > Using a quick-fitting design enables the replacement of lidding material easily within 10 seconds. > Equipped with an integrated lidding material splicer to enhance efficiency during material replacement. > It adopts a transverse cutter that easily collects its blister card and rejects faulty blisters.
