Steam distillation equipment, specifically designed for obtaining distilled wines and alcoholic beverages, validated according to EEC Regulations No. 2676/90 (wine analysis) and EEC Regulation No. 2870/2000 (spirit analysis). It allows the determination of alcoholic strength by volume, volatile acidity, sorbic acid, among other parameters. Distillation capacity of up to 400 ml, with automatic stop before reaching 200 ml. Using the ADD function, small amounts of distillate can be added to complete the exact volume without introducing external water. Simple operation, minimal maintenance, and a steam generator with a built-in safety system.
