Minerva is a microbiological safety cabinet & enclosures providing total protection for the operator, the sample and the environment. it gives ultimate containment for hazardous materials in Hazard Group’s 1, 2 & 3. The safety cabinet is designed and constructed to EN 12469 requirements, the Minerva offers an ergonomically built, hermetically sealed enclosure for use when total containment and protection is required and necessary. It is a completely closed and aerosol tight safety cabinet and the operator is separated from the work by a physical barrier i.e. gloves attached to the front of the microbiological safety cabinet, and a safety air-lock transfer hatch is located on the side of the chamber of the safety cabinet.
