Description

Overview
Labotemp Hydrothermal Reactor Autoclave HRA-05 is a high-pressure reactor designed for hydrothermal synthesis, high-pressure sample digestion and catalytic hydrothermal reactions in chemical and analytical laboratories. The unit combines a 300 mL PTFE-lined inner vessel with a 304 stainless steel autoclave body, offering chemical resistance to acids and alkalis. Rated for operation up to 200 °C (250 °C max) and 3.0 MPa, it enables rapid, nondestructive dissolution of insoluble or volatile samples while minimizing contamination and analysis time.

Key Advantages
  • PTFE lining minimizes contamination for trace and elemental analysis.
  • Suitable for hydrothermal synthesis, digestion and a wide range of laboratory workflows.
  • High-pressure, high-temperature capability for fast, nondestructive sample dissolution.
  • Compact, ergonomic design with reliable sealing to ensure laboratory safety and prevent leaks.
  • Compliant with ISO 13485 and CE standards.

Features
  • 304 stainless steel autoclave body with PTFE-lined 300 mL inner reactor.
  • PTFE lining provides strong resistance to acids and alkalis.
  • Enables rapid dissolution of difficult-to-dissolve samples under elevated temperature and pressure.
  • Compact, user-friendly structure for convenient operation and handling.
  • Excellent sealing performance to reduce contamination and leakage risk.

Applications
  • Hydrothermal synthesis
  • High-pressure sample digestion
  • Dissolution of trace and heavy metal samples
  • Chemical reaction studies
  • Environmental and food sample testing
  • Petrochemical, biomedical, materials science, geological chemistry and inspection laboratory workflows
