Labotemp Thermal Shock Chamber LTC-104 is a two-zone thermal shock chamber engineered for large-scale and batch testing that requires rapid transitions between extreme hot and cold conditions. It enables thermal shock evaluation of industrial components, assemblies and materials with a high-temperature capability up to +220°C and low-temperature performance down to -75°C. The system maintains precise control (temperature fluctuation ±0.5°C; deviation ±3°C), supports loading capacities of approximately 60–80 kg and provides fast recovery time within 5 minutes. The chamber is equipped with a programmable color LCD touchscreen controller, a mechanical compression refrigeration system with TECUMSEH compressor and multi-level safety protections.
