Description
The hCG-Latex Test is a rapid slide agglutination test for the direct detection of human Chorionic Gonadotropin hormone (hCG) in urine. The determination is made by assaying a suspension of latex particles coated with anti-hCG monoclonal antibodies against problem samples. The presence or absence of agglutination is indicative of the presence or absence of the hormone in the tested sample.
