The YLED-3F is a fully cardanic surgical light with integrated endoscopy function. Thirty-six high-performance LEDs deliver a central illuminance of 160,000 lx to support precise visualization. The unit features electronic focusing, five-level dimming including a 5% endoscopy mode, and an ergonomically positioned sterilizable handle for intraoperative adjustment. Delivery includes an electrified pre-set Portegra®2 suspension arm (extension arm 750 mm / 950 mm or spring arm for HCA systems) and an external power supply unit.
