Standard Nasal Dressings / PVA Nasal Packs Product Description Medasil Standard Nasal Dressings, also known as PVA Nasal Packs or Nasal Cavity Dressings, are manufactured from high-quality Medical Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) Sponge Material. These absorbent nasal packs are designed for use in a wide range of ENT surgical procedures including Septoplasty, Turbinectomy, Rhinoplasty, and other Nasal Surgeries. The soft and pliable structure provides atraumatic nasal packing, filling and supporting the nasal cavity while maintaining smooth septum ventilation for improved patient comfort. The PVA sponge material expands quickly and uniformly to provide gentle compression, effectively absorbing post-operative bleeding and reducing the risk of complications. Available in different formats, with or without airway tube, these single-use, gamma-sterilized nasal packs are a reliable and efficient alternative to traditional gauze nasal packing. Intended Use Designed to be inserted into the nasal cavity during ENT and nasal surgery. Provides support and tamponade in the septum region. Ensures patient comfort through ventilation while controlling post-surgical epistaxis (nasal bleeding). Suitable for short-term use (up to 29 days).
