Medasil Silicone Bite Guards – Surgical Dental Protection with X-Ray Visibility Medasil Silicone Bite Guards are biocompatible, latex-free, phthalate-free devices manufactured from high-quality silicone elastomer. They are moulded to protect teeth and oral tissues from accidental impact or trauma during anaesthesia, intubation, endoscopy, and surgical procedures. Each Bite Guard contains Barium Sulphate (BaSO₄) for potential X-ray visibility, is coloured blue for easy identification, and designed for single use only.
