The rescue implant for the sinus lift – primary stability when bone availability is limited. The BoneTrust® sinus implant, which was developed in close collaboration with Dr. Kay Pehrsson (Haranni Clinic, Herne), enables a higher primary stability with reduced vertical bone availability due to its special design with a reduced thread portion. As a result, a single surgical procedure (augmentation and concurrent implantation) is possible in many cases, even with bone availability of less than 5.0 mm in the sinus region. The absence of sharp-edged cutting grooves and the rounded apical design prevents damage to the Schneiderian membrane. The 12 mm long implant is available in diameters of 4.0 mm and 5.0 mm.
