Product overview
Megatray is a light-curing tray material for the fabrication of individual custom impression trays with extremely high dimensional stability.

Material and form
The composite resin is supplied as contoured wafers in pink, blue and transparent (natural). The universal shape and consistent thickness of 2.2 mm allow production of upper and lower trays. A handle can be formed from leftover material.

Processing and curing
Megatray offers simple processing with a long modelling and working time, enabling efficient production in dental laboratories and clinics. After modelling, Megatray must be light-cured in a curing unit (e.g. Megalight) for approx. 5 minutes. The material shows low polymerization shrinkage (below 2 vol.%) and excellent form stability.
