Description

Product description
Mega-M LC is a light-curing, ready-to-use modelling resin supplied in piston syringes. Mega-M LC is suitable for contouring inlays, onlays, crowns and secondary parts, fixation of solder points, blocking out undercuts and preparation of post-and-core buildups. The Flow variant provides improved flowability; its thixotropic consistency prevents dripping and ensures excellent stability during modelling. Mega-M LC cures with standard light-curing units (320–500 nm) and burns out without residue. Once polymerized, it can be combined with conventional dental waxes.

Applications
  • Contouring of inlays, onlays and crowns
  • Fixation of solder points
  • Preparation of metal cast dentures
  • Blocking out of undercuts
  • Countering of cast clasps
  • Adhesive bridges
  • Implant abutments
  • Precision attachments

Usage and properties
Mega-M LC can be applied directly from the syringe and cured using any standard light-curing unit (320–500 nm). The material burns out cleanly without leaving residue. The Flow variant offers optimal flowable properties while the thixotropic consistency of both variants prevents dripping and guarantees stability during fine contouring. After polymerization, Mega-M LC is compatible with standard and light-curing waxes.
