Hydrogel coating embolization coil HydroSoft®

The hydrosoft is used for filling and finishing aneurysms. The coil features soft platinum finish with virtually no microcatheter movement, no preparation or steaming required. The coil is compactable with all microcatheters with nearly unlimited working time1 and is easily delivered with the V-Trak System. The coil serves as a hydrogel at the neck with reduced recurrence rates2, offers a greater fill than a 10 system platinum coil without degeneration of the inner core. Hydrogel pre-clinical studies reveal tahat that the HydroSoft coil histological response is similar to that of HydroCoil Embolic System
