The medical air is produced from the ambient air, it is compressed and purified to be distributed in the centralized network which feeds the two pressure levels : a pressure level at 4 bar called “medical air” and a level of pressure at 7 bar named “instrumental air”. We offer two technologies : oilless compressors and lubricated compressors. The medical air must respect a strict quality level : air quality complying with European pharmacopoeia. HOSPITAIR C medicinal air plans in the 11 or 15 bar version are equipped with lubricated screw compressors. Housed in a composite cabin, they are designed for outdoor installation. They are resistant to different climatic conditions, and are assembled with an air conditioning and heating system with energy recovery. The air treatment system is assembled with an adsorption air dryer SEC 7HC. The control unit is done by electronic control board. These systems fit to the ISO 7396-1 standard.
