Description

Overview
The NSPO2-02 Exercise SpO2 is a wrist-worn exercise pulse oximeter designed as a companion to Norav Medical's Telemetry and Stress solutions. Equipped with PureSAT® SpO2 technology and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity, it provides reliable oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse rate measurements during patient motion and low perfusion. It supports continuous SpO2 data recording for exercise physiology, cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation programs, and ECG stress testing.

Key Benefits
  • Accurate SpO2 and pulse readings in challenging conditions including motion and low perfusion.
  • Continuous monitoring and data recording for detailed analysis during exercise sessions.
  • Compact wrist-worn form factor for improved patient comfort and wearable portability.
  • Large display and optimized sensor connector for ease of use.
  • Extended battery life suitable for prolonged monitoring periods.
  • Single unit includes sensor and wristband; single-use accessories available for infection control.

Clinical & Performance Features
  • PureSAT® SpO2 technology for robust accuracy under motion and low perfusion.
  • Pulse-by-pulse averaging algorithm for enhanced precision.
  • 1,080 hours of non-volatile memory at a 4-second sampling rate, enabling long monitoring sessions.
  • Suited for portable oximetry in exercising subjects and sports medicine research.

Measurements & Ranges
  • Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) display range: 0% to 100% SpO2.
  • Pulse rate display range: 18 to 321 beats per minute (BPM).
  • Measurement wavelengths and maximum average output power: Red 660 nm @ 0.8 mW; Infrared 910 nm @ 1.2 mW (relevant for clinicians performing photodynamic therapy).

Environmental & Operational Limits
  • Operating temperature: -5 °C to 40 °C (23 °F to 104 °F).
  • Storage/transportation temperature: -40 °C to 70 °C (-40 °F to 158 °F).
  • Operating humidity: 10% to 95% non-condensing; Storage/transportation humidity: 10% to 95% non-condensing.
  • Operating altitude: Up to 4,000 meters (13,123 feet).
  • Operating hyperbaric pressure: Up to 4 atmospheres.

Power & Battery
  • Power requirements: Two AAA (1.5 V) batteries.
  • Battery life: Up to 44 hours (typical, with specified configuration).

Clinical Integration & Use Cases
  • Designed for cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation sessions, exercise physiology, ECG stress tests, ambulatory settings, sleep studies and mobile units.
  • Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity for integration with Norav Medical Telemetry and Stress systems.

Regulatory & Standards
  • Complies with international regulatory standards: FDA, CE.
