Overview
Designed for medium‑viscosity to highly viscous or thick fluids, the pneumatically actuated Liquidyn® P‑Dot jetting valve delivers precise, repeatable dots, beads and lines. Extremely short triggering intervals (< 1 ms) enable accurate, low‑volume deposition (3 nL–200 nL) at frequencies up to 150 Hz. Wetted parts (nozzles, tappets, fluid inlet fittings) are easily exchangeable and separated from the actuator for fast maintenance.
