Lubrication system MicroCoat® MC781

Overview
Designed for precise, repeatable application of low- to high-viscosity lubricants, the MicroCoat® MC781 pulsed lubrication system reduces lubricant use and improves cleanliness and process control in metal forming and die casting operations. A single system coats stock up to 6" (152 mm) wide; multiple systems can be combined for wider coverage. Typical configuration includes a lubricant reservoir, one or more application valves, and a valve controller.
