BF 150 is an automatic blister machine with an alternate system, vertical stations with automatic transfer and pitch feeding via an electric axis driven by a brushless motor. It supports three product loading modes: manual loading using an AISI 316L stainless steel product tray; the universal automatic “Full Box” system with rotating brushes that guide products into pockets via format-specific tracks; and automatic loading through dedicated format tracks. Options include electronic "camera vision" for product presence and defect inspection and an automatic pinhole detection system for cold-formed ALU-ALU pockets.
