OG BLISTER is a semi-automatic blistering machine equipped with the Planet Pack system for automatic format changes. The machine forms blisters using four pre-positioned upper and lower forming parts and works with pre-cut thermoforming foils for forming and sealing. Fast format change is achieved with PLC-guided loading and unloading. Parameters and data are managed via a SIEMENS touch-screen panel. Transmission and drive are provided by brushless motors. A rotating upper head and rotating table increase productivity at each cycle with the Planet Pack system. The machine supports alternating or continuous cycles and delivers finished blisters at each machine stop.

Main characteristics

• Rotating upper head with Planet Pack to house upper working units: blowing/heating plate, upper sealing plate, punching unit and cold forming tools.
• Rotating table to position lower forming molds, welding and cutting units for plastic blisters with aluminium top and ALU-ALU blisters.
• Machine fairings entirely in stainless steel AISI 304.
• All operations driven by brushless motors and high-precision transmission belts. Data management and machine operation via SIEMENS touch-screen panel.
• Mechanical, electrical and pneumatic control via SIEMENS PLC (CFR21 compliance).
• Single or continuous work cycles enabling blister production in a few seconds with high industrial precision.
