TWIN-PACK is a semi-automatic tabletop blistering machine designed for small production batches, clinical trials and stability tests in R&D laboratories. The machine features an independent double hot–cold station: forming and sealing are performed by the hot station while immediate blister cutting is executed by the cold station, reducing cycle times and increasing throughput. Quick change of forming parts enables format swaps without tools or specialist personnel, allowing thermoforming, sealing/coding and final cutting in sequence.

Production standard
Standard production format: two 68×89 mm blisters per stroke or one 136×89 mm blister. Custom moulds for specific dimensions, configurations or number of blisters per stroke are available on request.
