Description

Product description: The Adult Ear Phantom reproduces the complex external and internal ear anatomy for research, development and testing of hearing‑related devices and acoustic systems. It is designed for multi‑modal imaging (MRI, CT/X‑Ray, Ultrasound) and can be customised to project specifications. Phantom tissues are manufactured to match realistic T2 relaxation times, optimising results for T2‑weighted MRI and providing very good Proton Density imaging performance. T1‑weighted imaging is achievable with realistic contrast within an approximate 100 ms range. The ear phantom is supplied as a stand‑alone unit or can be integrated into complete skull or head phantoms.
