The kit enhances the specificity and efficiency of probe-based digital PCR to provide accurate, singleplex, or up to 5-plex analysis. Dedicated processes are implemented to enable Ultra Clean Production of the master mix, which minimizes contaminating DNA background. That makes it an ideal choice for contamination-free, microbial applications, such as (pan) bacteria or fungal analysis, particularly in combination with the dedicated dPCR Microbial DNA Detection Assays. The kit is also highly recommended for quality control applications, like residual DNA testing. The QIAcuity Probe Master Mix is optimized to increase specificity for accurate quantification of gDNA or cDNA on the QIAcuity dPCR instruments.
