Product overviewRayKol Auto SPE-06D is an automated solid-phase extraction (SPE) system for extraction and concentration of trace organic compounds from aqueous matrices (e.g. drinking water, tap water, source water). The system automatically conditions, rinses and elutes SPE disks or cartridges and concentrates extracts using an automatic sensor endpoint for secure collection. Compared with manual vacuum manifold SPE, Auto SPE-06D reduces solvent use, processing time and labor while improving reproducibility and laboratory safety.
