Description

Product overview
Raykol MPE high-throughput vacuum parallel evaporation system combines the advantages of rotary and nitrogen evaporators into an automated platform. It uses a precise digital vacuum control and uniform water-bath heating with orbital oscillation to ensure consistent evaporation conditions across samples and to minimize analyte loss under low vacuum, supporting reproducible analytical results.

Key features
  • Simultaneous concentration for 16 or 36 samples
  • High throughput with reduced evaporation time
  • High solvent recovery rate
  • Transparent sink for clear visual monitoring
  • Compatible with multiple vial formats (65/70/260/320 mL)
  • Anti-boiling design to prevent analyte loss

Applications
  • Concentration of samples for pharmaceutical, clinical and analytical laboratories
  • Sample preparation for residue analysis and environmental testing
  • High-throughput workflows in CROs and quality control labs
  • Preparation of extracts for chromatography and mass spectrometry
