Description

Overview
The Pacer Gait Trainer is a therapist-inspired, configurable gait training system for children and adults with mobility impairments. It is available in multiple frame sizes (Mini, Small, Medium, Large, XL) and can be configured with dynamic or standard upper frames and with a standard or utility base. The Pacer supports anterior or posterior setups and is designed to promote weight bearing, weight shifting, step initiation and more natural gait mechanics.

Why dynamic?
Dynamic Pacer configurations provide vertical and horizontal movement at the pelvis and trunk to accommodate natural gait shifts. Dynamic movement encourages pelvic positioning, weight shifting and foot clearance for improved stepping efficiency and comfort.

Use Cases
  • Provides support and positioning for safe mobility practice during rehabilitation and therapy.
  • Durable support and versatility for adults in clinical and community settings.
  • Configured as a posterior gait trainer to promote upright posture, improved balance and natural arm movement.
  • Pediatric use to help children with motor challenges learn weight bearing and step initiation.
  • Combined as a pacer walker with adaptive components for everyday use at school, home or outdoors.

Features
  • Dynamic movement (vertical and horizontal pelvis/trunk motion)
  • Choice of two upper frames: standard or dynamic
  • Easy height adjustment
  • Versatile system built on two base types (standard and utility)
  • Quick and easy positioning of supports and accessories
  • Smoother transfers
