The DTM TCP450 is a laser printer designed specifically for use in cytology, pathology and histology laboratories. It is easy to use and allows text, graphics, logos, barcodes and matrix codes to be applied directly to tissue and biopsy cassettes. This eliminates the need for handwritten labelling of cassettes, making laboratory workflows more efficient and increasing patient safety. Although the DTM TCP450 is a UV laser printer, no special laser cassettes are required. This results in significant cost savings as standard cassettes (without or with integrated front hinged lid) can be used. The print is high quality, corrosion resistant and suitable for long term storage.
