BriefMycoplasma genitalium, Mycoplasma hominis and Trichomonas vaginalis DNA Diagnostic Kit S3250E (PCR-Fluorescence Probing) is a qualitative in vitro diagnostic test for simultaneous detection of MG, MH and TV DNA in sterile calcium alginate swab specimens collected from male urinary tract secretions and female genital tract secretions. The kit uses real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and one-tube sample release to provide molecular evidence for early diagnosis of related sexually transmitted infections and for initial screening of high-risk populations.
